Welcome to Braetha Fertility. I'm Lois Whelan, your Fertility Nurse Consultant, and I'll be alongside you throughout your journey with us. This video introduces our team, our approach to care, and how we work together to support you at every stage. Your fertility care is led by Mr Jeffrey Braithwaite, our Medical Director and Consultant Gynaecologist. He has over twenty-five years of experience in women's health, and is a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. Working alongside Mr Braithwaite is Dr Venkatesh Subramanian, known as Dr Venki, our Consultant in Reproductive Medicine. Dr Venki is also a Consultant Gynaecologist at King's Fertility, and holds accreditation from the British Fertility Society, for advanced assisted reproduction procedures. He brings specialist expertise in IVF, ICSI, and fertility preservation. As your Fertility Nurse Consultant, I hold a Master's degree in Advanced Fertility Practice - and have almost ten years experience in the fertility field, working at some of the UK's busiest clinics. At Braetha, I act as your consistent point of contact throughout treatment. You will also be supported by Elizabeth, our treatment coordinator, who manages your appointments, costings, and medication. You will also meet our onsite support team Michelle and Dolly who provide a calm and reassuring presence during clinic visits and procedures. Our clinic - at eighty-six Harley Street - is designed to be calm; welcoming; and efficient. Where possible: consultations; scans; blood tests; and minor procedures are carried out in the same appointment, so there is no need for additional bookings. For advanced procedures such as egg collection and embryo transfer, we partner with King's Fertility. This partnership means you benefit from one of the UK's leading centres for reproductive medicine, without losing the personal connection. We provide a comprehensive range of fertility services: including fertility assessments; egg freezing; IVF; ICSI; and IUI. Also - donor treatment - and genetic testing such as PGT-A. Importantly, every plan we create is shaped around your individual needs and goals. A key part of what makes Braetha different is our commitment to continuity of care. Over ninety-five percent of our patients come to us through personal recommendation, and often across generations. You will see the same consultants, and work with the same nurse at every stage of your journey. We also understand that fertility treatment can feel emotionally challenging. That is why we offer access to a trained fertility counsellor and provide emotional support throughout, because your wellbeing matters just as much as your treatment plan.
