At-Home Fertility Tests

Understanding your fertility doesn't always mean visiting a clinic. At Braetha, we offer an at-home fertility assessment service - that allows you to gain expert insight into your reproductive health from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Our At-Home assessments are designed for anyone who wants to learn more about their fertility - You don't need to be actively trying to conceive. Many people use this service to plan ahead; to gain reassurance; or simply to understand their options before making any decisions about the future. The process begins when you complete an enquiry through our website. Once your booking is confirmed, we send you a home testing kit along with a health questionnaire. For women, this includes an AMH blood test - which measures a key marker of ovarian reserve. For men - a semen analysis kit is provided. You complete the tests at home, at a time that suits you - and your results are returned to our clinic for review. We schedule your consultation approximately one week later, allowing time for all results to come through. During your online consultation, we review your test results together in detail. I explain what each result means, discuss your medical and reproductive history, and explore your fertility goals. My aim is to ensure you leave feeling informed, supported, and clear about your next steps. After your consultation - you will receive a written summary letter that includes your test results; my clinical interpretation; and personalised recommendations. Depending on your results, I will also signpost you to appropriate services to help with your personal goals or concerns. In some cases, I may recommend lifestyle-based changes, such as adjustments to diet, exercise, or stress management, with a follow-up consultation arranged after an agreed timeframe. For others, no further action may be needed at this time, and the assessment simply provides reassurance and a baseline for the future. We offer two types of assessment packages - "Core", and, "Enhanced" - each designed to suit different needs and circumstances. Packages are also available for same-sex couples. Our service is available nationwide - meaning you do not need to be based in London to benefit from expert fertility guidance with Braetha.
